Flame Jet Lighter, Professional Culinary Torch Review

I loooove to cook especially desserts.  I love the art of desserts.  We use this to make S'more crepes mainly.  I'm not a huge creme brûlée fan as I'm lactose intolerant.  Even with the lactose pills it is still hit or miss.  This can be used for soon many dishes both dessert and dinner/lunch/breakfast.

This is very easy to use so don't be intimidated.  You simply fill it with any kind of butane- the brand doesn't matter and you're good to go.  I think the most difficult thing is so learn how to not burn the food you're torching, but still.... it's pretty easy to not burn.  If you need to, look up Youtube videos!

I think this is a great gift for any culinary lover!
