Wolfe Brothers Face Art & FX Neon Hydrocolor Palette Swatch and Review

I have been eyeing this palette for a while and today I wandered into Frends Beauty Supply Store in Hollywood.  They have every theatrical palette imaginable.  This palette was only 20 bucks!
  It activates with water.  You only need a little bit too.  This works and is textured very different than my Mehron palettes.  It seems like it turns into a gel like consistency when wet.  It takes some time to get used to working with it lol.  The colors are GORGEOUS.  Highly pigmented and bright!  This is also UV responsive.  This is a great palette if you're looking for a neon palette!

Some of them are still a little wet.  When the colors dry they are pretty matte.  There's like 2% gloss.
