I loooove open back shirts.  They are sexy without being slutty.  Only problem is, you can't wear a bra with them.  I have a smallish chest (B-cup) so I am able to get away without wearing a bra.  These definitely help avoid some embarrassing moments.

These are so simple to apply.  Peel them off and stick them on.  Start by applying the bottom first and them pull them up over your nipple and it will give you a slight lift.  These will stick all day unless it's like 120 degrees out and you're running a marathon.  Then your sweat will probably force them to slide off.  To keep clean simply use a mild soap and water and gently wash the adhesive.
