This seems to be the "new" hot thing especially for athletes and celebrities.  I'm not going to lie....it's extremely weird feeling at first lol.  You do get used to it over time.

 It's really supposed to help with muscles and pain.  Being pregnant, it seems like something is always hurting.  Usually my back.  I have my hubby apply these to my back about every week/every other week.  This is also a lot safer (unless you're properly trained) to use than the ones that use fire/heat.

These actually somehow do help with muscles pain.  It's not like a miraculous invention that completely takes pain away but I have found that after time it helps reduce the soreness.   After this baby is born I plan to get back into body building and I know these will definitely come in handy.

The only downside is you are left with crazy marks where you applied the cups lol.
