I honestly think the staying power is the same as Styli-Style line and seal eyeliners. I do experience fallout with this palette. The colors are very pigmented and pretty.

Urban Decay Get Baked Palette Swatch and Review
I got this a couple months ago but kept getting other things to swatch too. It just got buried in all my swatches lol. I LOVE the teal in this palette. The other colors are pretty too but I'm not a huge neutral girl. This also came with a brown 24/7 eyeliner pencil.
